Area3 1ST aex MEET
Report on the First AEX meeting @ Pune on 20th & 21st September
The year has started with a Bang!!! The first AEx meeting was less of a meeting and more of a fellowship and outbound for the Area Board Members of Area III
The entire Area Board Team along with their families assembled in Pune in the Morning of 20September Saturday. We quickly got fresh and moved on to Amby Valley Sahara city near Lonavala. It was an out of country experience. The place was beautiful, weather was amazing,raining on and off and the company was the best every possible Tablers!!!
We spent the day on the huge 10,000 Acres property, site seeing and enjoying and envying the lifestyle being offered. We finally landed playing at the India’s best Gold Course’s Driving Range. We all took our shots, the ladies tried their swings. Few of us were confused which game we were actually playing….cricket, tennis.We returned back to Pune in the evening and went to the a Social hosted by Pune RT15 which was at a lounge bar called “The Den”. It was a exciting place and we had some more fun, music, mischief and fellowship. The Chairman Tr. Sunil Punjabi conducted a crisp meeting.
The next day morning was the formal AEx meeting. All conveners gave their reports and sought suggestions on few of the events and programs they are planning for the year.
We finally ended the meeting and Tablers bid adieu to each other and left for their respective homes ranging from 0 to 1200 Kms away.
What a weekend…..Its just the beginning……
